Toda cifra de esta página lleva su fuente, y cada fuente se verificó en PubMed antes de citarla. Lo que no pudimos verificar se dice que falta: en esta página hay 29 huecos declarados a propósito.

Un aviso sobre el conjunto: la mayoría de estas cifras vienen de metaanálisis cuyos autores califican su propia certeza de baja o muy baja. Eso no las invalida, porque son lo mejor que hay, pero sí obliga a usarlas como orientación de magnitud, no como constantes.
